The Stock report helps store admins review current inventory levels for products in the store. It is available from Reports > Products > Stock.
Product Inventory Overview
Your product stock can be tracked through the Stock Report which will display three key quantity values:
Qty Available
The current available inventory quantity for the product. This is the product’s qty value. It determines whether the item is in stock and can be displayed in the storefront.
Qty Committed
The number of units currently committed to orders that haven't been shipped yet. The report checks all open orders and counts how many units of each product are on order but not yet shipped.

Click on the Qty Committed value to view the unshipped Orders for that item.

Qty Committed Report
Click the Qty Committed to open a drill-down report showing the orders that currently have that product committed but not yet shipped.
The Qty Committed report includes order-level details such as:
Order number
Order status
Created date
Account
Customer name
Grand total
This drill-down helps admins identify which unshipped orders are contributing to the committed quantity for a specific product.
For example, if a product shows 361 under Qty Committed, clicking that value opens a report listing the orders that make up those 361 committed units.

This drill-down can help locate backorders for a product that haven't been shipped.
Qty On-Hand
The total quantity physically accounted for, including both available inventory and inventory already committed to unshipped orders.

Qty On-Hand = Qty Available + Qty Committed
For example, if a product has 2,902 units available, and 1,000 units committed to unshipped orders, the report will show 3,902 units on-hand.
The report can be searched or filtered by SKU, product name, status, quantity available, quantity committed, and quantity on-hand. It can also be exported as a CSV for offline review or inventory reconciliation.
