Quote Drafts
Zoey Admins can search in the Quotes list to find quote carts that are being worked on, but have not yet been submitted by the customer.
When a customer starts adding items to a new quote, its immediately available for admins to search for and edit. The pre-submission quote your customer is working on can be referred to as a "Quote Draft", or "Quote Cart".
Quotes which are being worked on by your customer, but haven't yet been submitted, will display in the admin Quotes list with the Created status.
Pre-submission quotes only appear when an admin searches in the Quote list.Search using the customers name or other details to view Created quotes.
Once the Quote is submitted by the customer it will be given the new Quote status selected in Quotes > Settings > Quote Management > **Status for New Quote**.
Admin submitted quotes get their initial status from Quote Management > **Status for New Quote Created by Admin**.
