Add Products to Customer's Cart
Zoey allows merchants to add products to a registered customer's shopping cart or wishlist. This feature allows you to easily assemble the customer's order with their selections.
Step 1: Orders > Create New Order
Select Orders > Create New Order
Step 2: Select Customer
Search for and select the customer
Step 3: Add Products
Scroll to the "Items" section and click to "Add Products". Use the search to find the products you want and click "Add" to add the products to the Order.
Step 4: Bulk Actions > Move
Select the products using the checkboxes, then in the "Bulk Actions" drop-down you can choose to Move to Cart or Move To Wishlist.
This will remove the items from the order and move them to the Cart or Wishlist.
