Customer Group Discount

Go to Promotions > Discount Rules > Create a Discount Rule

Name your Discount Rule and select the Customer Group for the discount.

Go to the Actions Tab > Apply = Percent of whole cart, Discount Amount = enter the numerical value of the discount percent. And Save.
