Previously Ordered Product Notification
Tells customers if they've already placed an order previously for an item.
In the Zoey Admin Web Settings > Cart Settings > Previously Ordered Items Notification set Enabled to Yes.
If an item is found on an Order in one of the listed statuses, the cart will display the Message on the cart during checkout.
The Item Error Message is displayed on the individual row item in the cart.
Mobile In Transit Notification
This feature has been expanded to also be used to alert customers if the item has already been ordered.
This can still be used to show Sales Rep that an item is already in transit through the Mobile App.
What matters most are the Order Statuses that determine which orders should be checked for the item.
