Products Reviews

The report in list form provides a list of reviews for all your products.

From your control panel go to Reports > Reviews and click on Manage next to the report field you want to run (Products Reviews).

View Report

There are no filters to select for this report!

The report will automatically list all customers and reviews.

If you click on Show Reviews you will see the specific reviews, their status, title, product name and SKU, such as you would when going to Customers > Reviews & Ratings.

Export Report

Click on the Export button to generate a CSV file - it will automatically be downloaded onto your computer.

Refresh Lifetime statistics

If you see an incomplete report you need to refresh the lifetime statistics.
