Why can't my User see certain products when creating an order in the Mobile App?
When browsing Products in the Zoey B2B Mobile App, you can toggle Restrict Catalog to show or hide products which the selected Contact is restricted from purchasing.
If the Admin User lacks the permission, Can Place Order With Restricted Items, they will be unable to disable Restrict Catalog.
Users must be given the Can Place Order With Restricted Items permission in Team > User List to allow them to add products to cart when the customer is restricted from purchasing the product themselves.
