Account Management
Limit Quote By Specific Product Attribute
Using this setting you can limit the customer group from submitting quote requests based on the values of a specified product attribute. For instance if you set this to the attribute "Brand", this will block customers assigned to this group from submitting quote requests if they have items with different brand values. All brand values will have to be the same.
Limit Order By Specific Product Attribute
Using this setting you can prevent Accounts in the Customer Group from adding products to cart which do not have the chosen product attribute. For instance if you set this to the attribute "Brand", this will block customers assigned to this group from adding any products to cart which do not have a "Brand" set.
Automatic Purchase Order #s
If Automatic PO # is enabled in Setup > Payment Methods > Purchase Order, this setting allows you to enable or disable Automatic PO # for customers assigned to this group.
Sales Increment IDs
This setting must be enabled in Web Settings > Customer Settings > Customer Group Settings > Enable Group Specific Sales Increment IDs = Yes.
Use the below settings to have specific Order, Invoice, Credit Memo or Shipment ID numbers for users assigned to this customer group.
Use Order Custom Increment IDs

Language & Currency Restrictions
If enabled, only selected Languages and Currencies will be accessible to this group. At least 1 Language must be accessible and least 1 currency within a restricted Language must be accessible.
Customer Group Currency Restrictions
You can import your Customer Group's Language and Currency Restrictions through the following column headers:
customer_group_id | restricted_stores_currencies_store_code | restricted_stores_currencies_store_currencies |
---|---|---|

195 | default | USD |
fr | EUR |
The above example would set Customer Group 102
as able to switch between both currencies when viewing store in the default language.
Customer Group 195
would be able to see prices in USD when viewing store in default language (English), and see prices in EUR when viewing the store in French (fr).
