Placeholder Image for Products
The placeholder image will display on your storefront, in Emails and PDFs for any products that do not have images
Zoey has a default placeholder image for products, but if you would like to upload your own custom placeholder follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "Web Settings > Product Settings"
- Within the Catalog > View sub-section, find the "Placeholder Image" setting
- Click "Choose File" to upload your own custom placeholder image.
Image Size Recommendation
We recommend uploading a square image that does not exceed 1000px in either dimension and less than 100kb in file size.
