Faire Integration Errors Explained
Common errors reported by the Faire integration explained and steps to resolve.
Faire Order Import Errors
Many of the errors you'll see when importing a Faire Order into Zoey are because of the Product's settings.
Pro Tip! Create an Account and Customer Group for just the Faire Orders. Use that Account ID in the Faire integration, and then set different increments or minimums for that group so that Faire Orders are not prevented from syncing to Zoey.
Order bo_{Faire Order ID} Order Line 1: {SKU} is available for purchase in increments of 3 only.
This error is letting you know that an item on the Faire Order was sold in a quantity which does not match the quantity increment in Zoey.
To resolve this error, ensure that the Zoey Product can allow itself to be added to cart or sold in the same quantities as in Faire.
Order bo_{Faire Order ID} Order Line 1: The minimum quantity allowed for purchase is 3.
This error is telling you that an item on the Faire Order does not meet the minimum set for the Product in Zoey. You'll have to change the product's minimum allowed in cart in Zoey to allow the Faire Order to be imported.
Order Line 1: The number of Items on the Quote does not match the number of Items from the Import Data.
This error occurs when a product on the Faire Order is disabled in Zoey.
Check each of the Zoey Products that are being matched to the Faire Order Items to find which is disabled.

Faire Order ID: bo_{Faire Order ID} Order Line 1: Faire Product lookup value not found for Item Line 1
This error is letting you know that a Faire Order Item was not able to find a matching Product in Zoey. How your products are matched between systems depends on what Product Lookup Field is selected in the Faire integration settings.
To resolve this error, ensure that each Faire Order Item has a valid matching product in Zoey based on the lookup settings.
