How to resend the Invite Email
Resend invitation for customer to set up their password.
Your customers can be invited to set up their passwords. That lets them get logged into their Account(s) at your store. Customers log into their Contact with the email and password. That contact has a role at accounts or locations to determine their permissions and what emails they're sent.
Resend Customer Invitation
Go to Customers > Contacts and select the contacts you'd like to send the password-setup email to. Use Bulk Actions to Send Invite Email. Shown in screenshot below
That will let your customer set up their password. They could also use the Forgot Password link with their email to get logged in to place orders.
