How to restrict an Account to specific list of Products
Customers can be limited to a specific list of products through the Product Restrictions tab. Adding products to this tab will enable Restrictions and set the Account into the product's Restrict Product to specified Accounts setting.

Adding products to this list will prevent any other account from seeing those products in the customer portal.
You can configure this in Features > Catalog Restrictions > Product Restrictions.
Adding a product to this list will enable Product Restrictions on it and restrict the product to this Account.
Account Restricted Product Behavior
Behavior For Product Restrictions - determines whether the Account can only see products that are restricted to them, or if they can also see products which are not restricted.
The system default for this can be found in Features > Catalog Restrictions > Product Access Restrictions > Default Behavior For Restrictions.
- Show Non Restricted and Allowed Restricted Products - the Account will be able to see products that are restricted to them, plus products which are not restricted.
- Show Only Specific Restricted Products - the Account will only be able to see or purchase products that are restricted to them.
