How to restrict an Account to specific list of Products
The Account Product Restriction tab lets you set which products an Account can view or purchase. It lets you choose whether the account is limited to the set list, and whether other customers can order those products.
Customers can be limited to a specific list of products through the Product Restrictions tab.

Account Restricted Product Behavior
Behavior For Product Restrictions - determines whether the Account can only see products that are restricted to them, or if they can also see products which are not restricted.
The system default for this can be found in Features > Catalog Restrictions > Product Access Restrictions > Default Behavior For Restrictions.
- Show Non Restricted and Allowed Restricted Products - the Account will be able to see products that are restricted to them, plus products which are not restricted.
- Show Only Specific Restricted Products - the Account will only be able to see or purchase products that are restricted to them.
Adding products to this list will not prevent other accounts from ordering them.
Adding a product to this list doesn't enable Product Restrictions on it. If you enable Restrictions this account will be allowed to purchase the item, but adding it here does not enable Restrictions.
