Manually Sync to NetSuite

Orders and the associated records are automatically synced to NetSuite on a 15 minute cycle. If the Sales Order or Payment was not successfully created automatically in NetSuite, then you'll need to manually sync that record.

Manually Syncing Orders to NetSuite

An Order can be manually synced to NetSuite through:

  • Bulk Actions > Create Sales Order (Max 1)

  • Open the Order and click NetSuite to open the NetSuite Sales Order details. It will show This Order has not been synced to NetSuite and allow you to press a button to sync it.


Manually Sync Payments to NetSuite

If the Payment on a Zoey Order failed to sync to NetSuite, open the NetSuite Information section in the Order.

There you will see the sync details for the Order, and a button to Sync Payment to NetSuite.
