Why doesn't my customer have any shipping methods available during checkout?

How can I charge for additional shipping costs?
- My customer paid for shipping during checkout, but the actual cost to ship ended up being greater. How can does that amount get charged to the customer?
If the Invoice is Open, simply open it and Edit Invoice to adjust the shipping amount due.
If the Invoice is already Paid, create an Additional Invoice to charge the customer for the extra cost to ship.
Why doesn't the shipping amount appear on my PDFs or Emails?
- How can I make the the shipping amount display on an email?
Go to Settings > Shipping Methods and open up the settings for the shipping method.
Set Show Prices on PDF and Emails to Yes for the shipping amount to display for that method on emails and in PDFs sent to your customer.
