Invoice Import
Importing Invoices onto your Zoey Orders from another system is easy!
Invoices can be imported into Zoey manually in the Admin UI, or automatically through Data Mappers!
This is an alternative workflow to invoicing your Orders. With the Invoice Import you can specify the items, quantities, and prices through the CSV file.

- Orders and Order Items must already exist in Zoey.
- Products must already exist in Zoey.
- Gift Card Products are not currently supported.
- Emails will not be sent for Imported Invoices.
Bundled Products on the Invoice Import
Bundled products can be invoiced through import! How to list the bundled product SKU on the Invoice Import depends on what type of bundle it is.
Fixed Price Bundles
To invoice a bundle configured with a Fixed Price, import the bundled product SKU. This invoices the entire bundle at once.
Custom Price Bundles
For a Custom Price bundle you can import each bundled item SKU on separate lines. Each part of a custom price bundle is charged to the customer individually since they have their own custom prices.
Custom price bundle items can be invoiced together or separately.Do not include the bundled product SKU and its individual item SKUs on the same invoice.
Import Invoices through Data Mapper
Using Zoey Data Mappers will let you automatically import invoices in the following formats.
- EDI 810 Invoice Format
- Standard Zoey Invoice Import
There are other ways your Orders can be automatically invoiced in full such as the Shipment Import, Invoicing Automation, and the Zoey API.
