ShipStation is a web based software for shipping orders. It's a fantastic tool for saving time on shipping by automating important parts of the order process.

How does it work?

  • Orders from Zoey are automatically imported by ShipStation. You can control which orders are imported by Status.
  • Pick/Pack/Ship is done in ShipStation which then triggers Zoey to send the tracking email to the customer.
  • ShipStation Shipments also trigger Zoey's B2B Billing Automation sequence which will either capture payment against an existing Credit Card Authorization, or will send an Invoice to the customer with a link to pay now.

Install the App on Zoey

Generate ShipStation API

In your Admin Panel, on the blue side-bar click on the Apps Icon. Then Click "Manage" next to "Connect To ShipStation".


Once in the Connect to ShipStation page, click the "Create the Connect to ShipStation API Credentials" button.


Connect ShipStation to Zoey

On your Connect to ShipStation page, click Generate API Credentials.


Then, copy your API credentials. You will refer to them later when you connect your account.


Login to your ShipStation account. From your account, select Zoey as a new store.

Then, enter your credentials. When you finish updating your settings, click Finish.


You can test the connection to your store by clicking Connect to Store.
