Guest Orders

Store visitors which are not logged in can place a Guest Order through your store when Web Settings > Cart Settings > Allow Guest Checkout is enabled.

Create a Contact or Account from a Guest Order

When a Guest places an Order on your store, they can be quickly and conveniently converted into a new Account, or a new Contact at an existing Account.

Find the Account Information section on a Guest Order and click Edit.

Choose whether to create an entirely new Account from this Order, or to create a new Contact and link it to an existing Account.

Then complete the registration form for the new Contact or Account!

After saving, the Order will automatically be updated to reference the new Account and Contact.
