• Message: Invalid item reference key 9965 for subsidiary 2.

Cause of Error

This error can be caused by Products in NetSuite which are set as Inactive.

Solution

Review each product sold in the Order that threw this error. Check each product in NetSuite to ensure they are active products.

The NetSuite Activity setting for the product is typically found in the System Information tab, but depending on your form configuration it may have moved.
