Order not appearing in ShipStation

ShipStation checks for new Zoey orders every few minutes. It will pull in Orders that have a status which has been mapped through the Status Mappings.

If you're not seeing a Zoey Order in ShipStation, the reason will be that the status on the Zoey order is not mapped to a ShipStation status.


Canceling a Shipment in ShipStation

Shipments must be voided manually in Zoey if it is canceled in ShipStation.

ShipStation does not notify Zoey when a shipment is canceled.

ShipStation does not send a notification to the linked marketplaces if a label shipment is canceled. This can cause a problem in Zoey as the items and shipment will remain while further shipments are being sent from ShipStation.
