Fetching shipping rate estimates from ShipStation can enable your customers to select from any Carriers and Services connected to your shipping environment!

Shipping Rates

ShipStation provided Shipping Rates can be retrieved and selected during checkout! ShipStation does the communicating with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and many other carriers to return accurate rate estimates based on your account.

ShipStation REST API must be enabled to use their Shipping Rates.

Carriers and Services

Carriers and their shipping services are enabled in ShipStataion.

Here in Zoey, you can click Refresh Carrier Options to fetch the enabled carriers and services from ShipStation.

Then hit Add Carrier to to choose the carrier and the services for which the rates will be selectable during checkout in Zoey.

If you do not see a specific carrier or service, make sure it is enabled in ShipStation.

ShipStation Shipping Method

All of the rates, regardless of carrier, are being provided through the ShipStation integration. The integration acts as the shipping method and fetches the estimates that ShipStation gets from the carriers. This enables you to get shipping rates in Zoey from carriers that we don't have direct connections to.

• UPS Split Packages Over 150lbs - If the order weight is over 150lbs, Zoey will divide the weight into equal packages, get the rate for one package and show the rate multiplied by the number of packages. Note: This may not match your final shipping cost, but is a best-estimate based on the limitations of the UPS API.
• Weight Unit - You can choose a unit to use when sending ShipStation the weight of a shipment.
