Located in Customers > Registration Approval Settings, by enabling Registration Approval you can:
- Require approval for all customer registrations using the

Require Approval For
Allows you to specify requiring approval for ALL users or only for users who register using a special customer group registration page.
When "Specified Customer Groups" is specified this will be the default group assigned to users who register on that page.

This gives you the URL for your custom registration page for specific groups that require approval (wholesale registration).

The registration and approval process has multiple emails that will be sent to both Admin and Customer.
Administrator Alert Email
This email is sent to specified administrator email addresses when a user registers and requires approval before they can log-in
Registration Pending Email
This email is sent to the customer notifying them that their account is pending approval before they can log in.
Registration Approval Email
This email is sent to the customer after their account is approved and they can log-in.
Email templates can be customized in Set-up > Emails > Email Templates
Note: There is no way to reject customer registrations therefore there is no email template for a rejected account. The admin can delete an account or simply leave it un-approved.
