NetSuite Integration Record Caching: Some NetSuite data is internally saved by Zoey and is not updated until the Record Cache is Refreshed
Some of your NetSuite data is internally saved by Zoey and is not updated until the Record Cache is Refreshed. This reduces the overall number of API calls and improves performance.
If you are not seeing all your Locations or Contact Roles populated into a setting, you can press Refresh Record Cache to update the data.
The following NetSuite Record Types are saved locally:
- Account
- Contact Role
- Location
- Payment Method
- Price Level
- Term
Click on Refresh Record Cache to pull updated data for these records from NetSuite.
