This feature will automatically or manually change customer and transaction data.

Automatic Anonymize Customer Data

This feature will automatically anonymize customer data after the specified "Data Retention Period".

Set Data Retention Period to 0 to disable

WARNING

This will automatically anonymize all customer transaction data older than the retention period specified above. Records that will have customer information anonymized includes Orders, Invoices, Shipments, Credit Memos and Transactions. Data that will be anonymized includes Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Billing & Shipping Address, and IP Address. This will prevent certain actions on these records such as re-ordering or reporting based on customer information.

Manually Anonymize Customer Data

You can manually anonymize customer data beyond the Data Retention period by clicking the "Click Here" link in the section description.
