When enabled in Quote Settings, The Add To Quote button will automatically appear for all products anywhere the Add To Cart would appear.

Adding Quote Mini-Cart to the Header
If you are using a "Build Your Own" header (or older theme), the Quote Mini-Cart will need to be dragged into the Header from the +Add Menu.
