Within the Permissions Screen, set Restrict Access To Specific Customer Group Data to Yes. This will show a new box that allows you to select which Customer Group this Staff Account will be allowed to see data for when they log in.
Within the Permissions Screen, set Restrict Access To Specific Customer Data to Yes. This will open a tool that allows you to search for and select specific customers from your store that this Staff Account will be allowed to see data for when they log in.
Use the Search Bar to find customers. Then click the Add button to select them. You can also select multiple customers simultaneously by clicking Bulk Customer Add. Then enter a list of email addresses (one per line) and click "Add Customers".
Customers must exist in your Customers > Customer List for Permissions> Bulk Customer Add to work.
If both Group and Individual Customer restriction are set up, the Staff Account will be able to see information from BOTH the Customer Group AND the individually specified customer.
