# Quote Expiration & Reminders

## Quote Expiration

Quotes can be configured in [Quotes Settings](https://support.zoey.com/docs/setting-up-quotes) to Expire after a certain amount of time. On the Quote itself, you can specify a date that the quote will expire.

When a quote expires, its status will be set to `Quote Expired` and an orange bar will appear when viewing the quote that it has expired.

When a quote expires, it will automatically send the Quote Expiration Email to the customer.\

## Quote Reminder

The "Reminder" feature allows the admin to schedule a reminder email to the customer that their quote will be expiring soon.\
