Phone PIN

If you require Phone Support you are requested to provide your Phone PIN. This is a 4 to 6 digit number for our Support Team to validate your account and to see if you are an authorized user.

To set up the Phone PIN log into your Zoey store and click in the top left on your store name or email address to open your Account Manager.

In your Account Manager click on the gear icon next to the Account Owner email address and select Update Information:

A new window opens where you can enter or change the Phone PIN.

Not providing the Phone PIN can be a reason for the Support Team to cancel your phone support request!
