Customer Group Fallback - Customer Specific Pricing

The Customer Group for the Account determines the Price List and settings within the customer portal. In there you can specify alternate pricing for products [See Importing Group Prices]. By default, if the customer group price is not found in this list, it will fall back to use the Product SKU Base Price. Rather than falling back to the base price, you can change the "Fallback Group Price List" to the Customer Group you want the pricing to fall back to.

If a Product does not have a Group Price for the Account Customer Group, the Fallback Group Price will be used. If there is no Fallback Group Price, the Base Price will be used.

The Fallback Group Price will be used for all products that are not on the main Customer Group Price List.
