# Contact Us Form

> 👍 When a customer submits the Contact Us form, an email is sent, and the action is logged to the Contact Form Audit Log.

## Contact Form Email Template

To edit the email and its recipients, go to Settings > Emails > Contact Form email template.

From there, you can change recipients and other options for the email sent to admins when the form is submitted.

## Contact Form Audit Log

To see a history of the contact forms submitted, you can go to Web Settings > Site Configurations > Contact Form Audit Log to find a log of each form submission.
